- Internal insulation : Class ASTM 30 bricks in hot face +
class ASTM 28 bricks in cold face + roof realized with Z-Block done
with Maftec blanket for 1600 °C
- Chimney at the car floor level ( said reverse flame )
- Door type : Flag door
- Roof type : Flat roof with Z- Block
- N° of cars : 01 on wulkollan wheels
- N° of burners : 4 x 140.000 Kcal/h each
- Burner feeding : Natural Gas (if needed modifiable to LPG)
- Gas ramp : Will be supplied totally NEW (on customer request will be
possible to quote and supply the kiln equipped with instruments and
gas valves suitable to fire in oxygen reduction atmosphere,
automatically controlled in real time )
- Electric switchboard and firing controlling instruments : Will be
