- Second hand machine
- Clay feeder VICENTINI in aluminium / stainless steel - screw ø 160 mm
approx. - clay rod in exit ø 130 mm approx. - N° 02 electric motors
2,2 Kw - oil vacuum pump - pneumatic pusher for clay rod
- Unloading of finished object from plaster mould and finishing of the
object, are manual
- Roller for plates and salad bowls
- Plaster moulds loading and unloading automation on roller and transfer
of wooden slab VAMO
- Passage dryer with wooden slabs 400 x 400 mm and roller belts for
inlet and outlet of plaster moulds
- Heat exchanger for dryer with autonomous burner
- Electric switchboard controlled by PLC
- Loading belt with batting out device for porcelain ( available but at the
moment not in use and not electrically connected )
- Overall dimensions of line when installed : length 8800 x
width 6900 mm x height 3000 mm ( until beginning of chimney pipe of
the heat exchanger )
